The reception lady was amazing - friendly, helpful, welcoming, informative, accommodating. Thank you so much!! The guest house is close to the main pier and all other places in the village (the village is very small so all guest houses are close to everything). The price was very good. The room was clean, seemed renovated (the room itself, not the furniture). There is a tiny balcony from which to look at the river (not fully open view). There is a gate that is locked and the room has a key as well. Easy walk to the beach.

The room was clean and cosy, and we loved the balcony with the beautiful view. The staff was really nice and they offer some activities like canoë tour or day walk in the Forest. I highly recommend to do this! The guide was amazing and we saw a lot of animals

Noise at night: nearby music from bars (?) to late, one night to 3pm. Had a balcony, but no comfortable chairs to sit on it, just stools. Just cheap plastic chairs with backs would be enough. WiFi useless, occasionally got a few seconds. For 3 days we couldn't access info for forward travel, banking, nor research Toruguero

It is good value. Very clean, comfortable enough for the price. It is in town Carter, the village is very small anyway. Any location is convenient if you stay in the town.

“Great room in Tortuguero”

The room was very clean and well equiped. There is a fridge, coffee maker and a cattle so ideal for a quick breakfast. The room has AC which is highly needed in Tortuguero.

very modern, very clean. comfortable bed and good cooling! you get a little discount at tuanis tours if you pay cash. at the time of writing we paid 25$ for the canoo tour.

Great location, clean and good size room. With a little kitchen with a coffee machine, a fridge, some plates and cutlery in case you want to eat or in our case make some breakfast. Air con works very well.

Close proximity to everything. Clean, comfortable, and friendly. We took the night to through Tuanis with Bernie and I highly recommend it. We say everything and more. I would definitely stay here again.
