Location on the riverfront and we had a room looking out to the water. Seating outside. Large room and great fridge. Set just outside main busyness so more peaceful. Good communication from Juliana.

The staff & service was exceptional, consistent with the Pura Vida vibe of the entire island. The hotel is at the very end of the main (only?) street in Tortuguero, so it was quiet & peaceful! The smallish patio overlooks canal & I could have just stayed in the rocking chairs, gazing at nature all day Will stay again.

The room is easy, but there is fridge. It was very usefull in this hot weather. Guids was very kindly.

The practical location. We were near everything (beach, river, shops and restaurants). The owner is adorable.

Staff very accommodating to our needs, quick replies via message and giving info detail. All lovely! Room, pink colour, spacious but minimal, 2 double beds that were comfy enough. Great sunset view of river! And outside sitting location to hang up washing. 2 mins from beach too!

Hot water in the shower and air conditioning in the room is a wonderful thing, and difficult to find at this price in Tortuguero! The location is also great, 5 minute walk from anywhere in town, but far enough away from the center that it is very quiet and peaceful.

No breakfast. Staff rarely available and often absent. Poor closure system of the doors.

We had an enyoable time at the hotel. The air conditioning was cold and the showers hot. But the best part was the friendliness of the women who worked there. Super helpful with shuttles, easy to communicate with and overall very friendly. Highly recommended!

Great outside seating area looking over the river side of Tortuguero, with both sun loungers and covered areas for the many rainy days in this part of the world. Superbly friendly team running the hotel who were happy to assist with queries such as a slightly later check out. Happy hour cocktails were also a pleasure, with good music and the best of views.
