Very nice place for a vacation. Clean room with beautiful sea view in very nice property. Very kind and friendly owners ready to help you anytime. Large and clean pool. We walked, but the accommodation has its own shuttle service to the beach. We had perfect stay again. Thanx guys! 👍

Reserved beach beds plus parasol included Shuttle bus to beach included Clean room and premises Nice deep clean pool Big car parking Nice view to the sea (Positives do weigh in favor of the accommodation, but first impression was a bit rough)

Beautiful place, nice people, quiet and clean. This place is ideal for families with children. Thanks to big parking place you don't need to be afraid where to park after return from trip to Tortoreto Alto or other beautiful places. I will recomend!!

One of the most important problem is surely the parking area, it is quite uncomfortable and requires non negligible driving-skills. Furthermore, sports cars with low base can easily scratch at the entrance. Finally, the distance from the sea (Lido Marconi) Is about 2 km. The shuttle is a reasonable compromise, but if you want to use your own car, don't you dare to park it out of fee-paying car parkings, traffic tickets would rain heavily and ruins your vacation.

Quiet, family friendly, clean and free bus to the beach. Pool area is lovely. Small pool for kids to play inside alone with supervision obviously. Overall the price is good for what you get. 5 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the Alto tortoreto in the car.
