“Beautiful, Clean Flat and an Exceptional Host”

The flat looks brand new and it was very clean and spacious. The view from the windows are sea front and lots of natural light coming in, which is beautiful during the day and in the evening, the blinders give you darkness if like me you like to sleep on a pitch black room. I don't have anything to complain about the flat, the only thing I would have improved is a mix of soft and hard pillow but that is just my fussy neck giving me troubles when I travel. While the flat is very good the real strenght is the host, Matteo is very polite, helpfull and always on time if not ahead of time so you don't have to wait.

Nice, large, clean apartment, with a nice view of the street and the sea. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen. The apartment is located close to the sea. The apartment also has an umbrella with sun loungers on the beach. Free parking on the street, we were lucky, otherwise it would be quite a problem to park. There are also larger parking lots nearby. The owner was very nice and helpful, he explained everything to us and gave us advice. A nice gift with a message in Slovak, it was a nice gesture. Thank you Matteo.

“Discover Tortoreto - a place that calls you back!”

I spent beautiful days in July 2025 with my family (husband and two children, aged 14 and 17), and we were absolutely amazed by this perfect accommodation. Everything in the apartment was so thoughtfully designed and arranged. From the practical blinds on the windows, to the bathroom equipped with a washing machine, to the well-organized kitchen with bins for waste separation – everything was in place. We loved the fantastic large dining table and the fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The bedrooms were spacious, modern, and uncluttered, yet had everything we needed. The whole apartment had a wonderful, positive vibe and was just a few steps from the sea, which you could even see from the balcony. We were provided with fresh bed linen, plenty of towels, and everything we needed upon arrival – it truly felt like staying in a hotel. Matteo is an extraordinary host – it felt like he could read our minds! He was always available and incredibly attentive. I’ve honestly never met a host so friendly and detail-oriented. He truly understands how the little things make a big difference. I highly recommend this apartment – and as a bonus, it even comes with a sun umbrella and sunbeds on a beautiful beach! You won’t regret a single minute of your stay here!

Matteo the host is excellent very helpful and knowledgeable, he was waiting at he property with the keys and great explaining everything. The property itself was very large 2 bedrooms well kept and modern in the heart of Tortoreto. There is parking on the street if front of the property available no charge.

The apartment had everything a place needs to feel at home: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, extra clean and warm place, great bedding. Steps away from the beach, bakery across the street, restaurants. Matteo is a great host, he left us a personalized welcome message, gave us plenty of information and organized a visit to olive oil mill with oil tasting. Free public parking available. Nothing short of amazing stay!

My friend and I were competitors at the World Skate Games in Tortoreto. The owner, Matteo, was exceptional. He was extremely welcoming and very helpful in suggesting places to eat, drink, shop etc. He was on hand 24/7 if we needed anything. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It represented exceptional value for money. The location was fantastic too - very close to the beach, restaurants and shops, but without being noisy. There are lots of tourist things to do in the locale. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Nice, spacious apartment with all necessery amenities, located 100m from the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Matteou is really helpful and can provide lot of information.

I’ve spent almost a week here, and it was a pleasure to be a guest of Matteo. The apartament was very comfortable and what is the most important-CLEAN. The view from balkony is breathtaking. Location is really good, close to the beach, good restaurants, and also just few minutes by car from Tortortoreto Alto- a romantic old city.

The host has come in person and brought us the keys. He was really friendly and helpful. He took the time to meet us and discuss with us our needs in terms of food, parking and good places to hang out. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was really well equipped in case you want to cook and the mattress was really comfy. Matteo with this experience is bringing a lot of value to Italy. He is able to help with anything you need, just need to ask first and he has the answer for you. Even the check out was at 10:00am he let us to stay a little bit longer to be able to pack everything because we were with the kid. I think all hosts should be like Matteo and I totally recommend to go to Discover Tortoreto.

I can't believe how amazingly friendly Matteo is. Can't describe in words how attentive he was throughout our stay. Therefore, he still is. Usually, you come home from your holidays and you forget about the place you stayed in, but he makes sure to leave the most warmest feelings in your heart. We had everything we need and all our wishes were fulfilled. I really wanna go back. He puts a lot of effort to make everyone happy and welcomed.

As a bonus, the apartment also has a place with sun loungers on a private beach - in such tourist towns, it is difficult to overestimate it if you plan to swim in the sea. Matteo was waiting for us in front of the house, he speaks excellent English and gave us many valuable tips (where to eat, where to park the car, etc.), he was very helpful and nice.
