The apartment is very spacious and clean. The room decoration is as simple as in a Nordic style. Torshavn city view from balcony is amazing. The location is not so far from city center with less than 5 minutes of driving time. Highly recommended this aparthotel.

“Very bad experience. I will never stay at this place again. Stay away from this place.”
We were over charged more than 200Kr two weeks before we arrived, but they ignored our message and wouldn't tell us why. Plus, they refused to provide laundry detergent. They said we could buy the detergents ourselves. We've been to two supermarkets. The smallest package is for 17 loads. We told them we were only staying for 4 days. We would likely use the washing machine only once, no more than twice. How does it make sense to buy a 17-load laundry detergent? We didn't bother asking them for the dish washer detergent because we knew they wouldn't provide them either. We ended up washing everything by hand. However, upon checking out, they expect you to clean everything before leaving, otherwise they will charge you hundreds of kroner of cleaning fee. We stayed at two other cottages at Faroe islands and didn't have such bad experience. Those owners provided everything we needed and they were very nice and kind. We traveled to a lot of places in Europe but never experienced such ordeal. You should stay away from this place.

The breakfast was great as I made it my self since the apartment has a fully functional and well stocked (utensils wise). But hassle free booking and follow up from the people who manage it. Never met a soul for the apartment just details via email and what’s app for where to find the lockbox and the keys. Very clean apartment we stayed for 5 days. It’s a bit of a distance from town but the views make up for that inconvenience. You must have a car if you are staying here.

Apartment are super new and very fresh and comfortable. The agency handling the apartment was quick to respond and was brought immediately some items to ameliorate the new apartment. Beds are super comfortable Baby chair and cot with linen were provided. Nice view on the city
