Unclean towels and stinky beddings. Uncomfortable bed - the wheels underneath meant the bed kept moving when you toss or turn. Toiletries not provided. Unclean tap water. The property is located on the highway.

“it was sleepless stay”
There is no hot water in shower. have left the hot water tap on for over ten minutes, no warm water come out at all. The hot water tap on basin is sealed as well . The bed sheet is poly fibre. Cold and slippery.
