The studio was good ,but had no sleep as it is over bars and one stays open till 2.30 am and then they move inside to play pool you can hear everything as it's not double glazing and we are right over above them, then they open for delivery early it was terrible noise, the guy who came to give us keys couldn't Speke a word of English
