The hotel has a great location – just a 10-minute walk to the town, and the beach is literally right behind the patio, only a few steps away. The parking is large and convenient, and the area feels quiet and safe. Unfortunately, the property really needs a full renovation. The rooms are neglected and not properly cleaned, and the bathrooms are very small. The biggest issue is the ants – there were a lot of them both in the bathrooms and in the rooms, which made it impossible to store or even eat food inside. The lack of a fridge in the room seems to be connected to this problem. The air conditioning also needs maintenance, as it gave off an unpleasant smell. Breakfast is modest, a typical Italian style – very basic products and limited variety. Additionally, outside guests came to the patio to eat or drink, which reduced the sense of privacy and comfort for hotel guests who wanted to relax.

Lying on the deck chairs under the cypress trees, looking out over the lake, was like a little slice of heaven! Our room was charming. The breakfast was varied and generous. Plenty of restaurants nearby on foot, and Torri del Benaco is a real gem! We hope to come back and spend more time discovering the region.

very charming hotel situated at the beach of the Garda lake. Great area with sun beds right next to the beach. Nice small pool, which we actually never used as the lake was so fantastic. Really good breakfast and nice staff. close to restaurants and the small charming town. Beautiful room. Nice bed.
