The property felt brand new and very spacious. Decoration was modern and tasteful. Bed extremely comfortable. Attention to detail was amazing. Position great for exploring the area. Lovely secluded pool area at the back. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at Attilio apartments in Sept 25. Everything was as described and the hospitality at the apartments was excellent. On arrival the fridge was stocked with welcome provisions and drinks and every morning fresh bread and pastries were left for each apartment, meaning catering for breakfast, or even part of lunch, was catered for. The host was always on hand to and able to give helpful tips about days trips, places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The apartments were clean, of a high standard, and very comfortable. The views across Lake Garda were stunning. Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

“Luxury new B&B by the lake”

Everything! This is a brand new building (the business started in the summer 2024) on the east cost of lake Garda. It has all the amenities (and more) you’d expect from a luxury B&B, as well as really high-spec finishes and appliances. We stayed 3 days in the one bedroom apartment at the top floor of the rear building, where we could enjoy a the beautiful view of the lake, the majestic mountains on the backdrop and gorgeous sunset. This place is so peaceful and curated that we felt it really elevated our experience. Special thanks go to our host Oreste, for this thoughtfulness and kindness! Highly recommended.

Very high quality accommodation at reasonable price. All the extras make you feel special. The food and drinks on arrival were lovely. Didn't expect to be able to use bikes and paddle boards for free. We had a downstairs room which gave us loads of outdoor space and great views. Great stay and would return if visiting that area again.

This place is amazing! Clean and well equipped recently built apartment with everything you could need. Views of the lake. Host is lovely and generous. Easy stroll to nice restaurant. Bikes were very handy to explore nearby towns.

We had an excellent stay at Attilio Suites. The room was modern and very comfortable with a great view over the lake. The attention to detail was first class, down to the breakfast bread and pastries left outside our room every morning and the welcome pack, including drinks. Oreste was an excellent host making us feel very welcome and telling us all about the area and the best places to visit.

“Gorgeous Lake Garda View & Helpful Staff”

Beautiful new apartment stay. All you need is there for both short and long term stay. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The kitchen area well equipped including drinks in the fridge, wine, water both still and sparkling (very Italian), jams, cheese, butter, pate, juice and a basket of bread in the morning for breakfast. The bathroom is spacious and the shower big and a delight to use. Bathrobes and slippers are included and the soaps are of great quality. There's parking available included in the price. The bed was very comfortable with 3 types of pillows. The photos are exactly like the place is, even better in person. The owner/manager Mr. Oreste was friendly, courteous and helpful. When we got stranded due to the non stop rain in the nearby town, and no taxi was available, we called the manager and he picked us up promptly. This was a nice gesture. Car is needed to go here and enjoy to the max the area (we had a car, but decided to go for a walk hence getting stranded with the rain). He even gave us a bottle of wine and a set of shampoo, lotion a nd shower gel as a departing gift. Trully a gesture. The view was the highlight of the place. Right in front of the lake Garda with gorgeous mountain views. It was raining lots when we arrived but still the view is dreamy and movie like. The location was quiet. It was low season still when we went in mid March, I forsee summer is more lively and bringing more charm to the place. I'm glad I chose this place and for sure recommend it and would stay again. Thank you.

“Gorgeous suite with amazing view”

We stayed here one night to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the owner Oreste made us feel so welcome. We had asked for a later check out as we had so little time there and he went over and beyond to accommodate us. The suite was gorgeous with a large balcony overlooking Lake Garda. It was spotlessly clean and new. The fridge was stocked with fabulous treats. We didn't want to leave to go to dinner as we were so happy here so we cooked a lovely dinner and had drinks on the balcony The bathroom was fabulous and especially the shower was magnificent. It was not just a night away, it was an amazing experience. The little touches, the beautiful suite, the view, the location, the generosity and warm welcome from Oreste made this our favourite getaway in a long time ❤️

The suite is as close to the shore of the lake as it is possible to be. The room balcony/terrace is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. The locked car park under the building is spotlessly clean and house some beautiful vintage cars. A perfect place to keep your car safe. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The fridge is stocked with beer, wine, butter, cheese, yogurt, milk and much more. Cupboard with jams etc’. Fresh bread and croissants left outside the room door every morning. The suite is extremely comfortable and stylish with everything that you could possibly want. The bathroom is more than worthy of any 5 star hotel. I have given a flavour of this suite and the owners but I don’t believe that my words can do it justice. Value for money? You had better believe it !!!!

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Attilio. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel right at home with a warm welcome, generous welcome drinks, and a fridge stocked with staples. The fresh rolls delivered each morning were such a thoughtful and delicious touch! The apartment itself was spacious, elegantly modern, and immaculately clean. We have very high standards when it comes to accommodations, but we could not find a single fault during our stay. Everything was perfectly executed, from the spotless cleanliness to the strong water pressure in the shower, the incredibly comfortable bed, and the high quality of the amenities and inclusions. It’s clear that no detail was overlooked during its construction. The apartment was also exceptionally quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The stunning views of the lake right outside the door and the easy access to nearby restaurants made the location unbeatable. Oreste’s passion for hospitality shines through in every aspect of the stay. He, and his team, have created an inviting, comfortable, and serene atmosphere that made us feel truly cared for. The grounds were pristine, and while we didn’t use the pool, it looked incredibly inviting. If there were more than ten stars, we’d happily give them! This was a flawless stay, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Fantastic looks of the Garda lake. Hosts were extremely nice and helpful. Stayed later than they should have to greet us. The room has everything you need - incredible (and various) pillows, condiments for cooking, food for breakfast in the fridge (and fresh buns by your door in the morning!).
