Excellent communication from the very beginning – everything was clearly arranged in advance and delivered as promised. The accommodation is tidy, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you might need, even for a longer stay. The location is excellent, with all essential amenities just a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are only about 5–6 minutes on foot. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

I received great communication from the host before arriving, which made checking in less stressful. Upon entering, I was welcomed by such a clean and spacious apartment. It had everything I needed, including a washing machine which came in handy. The bed was really comfortable and unlike with some other places in Torrevieja, I had no issues with noise from neighbors, didn't hear a peep. The flat is incrediblely central, with the main big supermarket a 2 minute walk away. Had a wonderful week which was made better with the knowledge of coming back to a lovely apartment.

Price/quality ( off season) is good, well equipped for a short stay, good location for the center, beach is walking distance, but not near. Supermarket (both Mercadona and Consum is a short walk), nice bakery in the bulding downstairs. Easy access procedure. Easy to park nearby ( off-season)
