“Brilliant stay in winter with a sunny terrace and a heated pool.”

Property is well maintained and equipped, brilliant facilities including gym and heated pool, jacuzzi and a private parking space. The inside terrace is good for sunbathing even in winter. Cindy was very wellcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful apartment with two excellent outdoor areas that provided sun all day long. Facilities in the kitchen were excellent along with everything being modern, clean and in full working condition.

Re previous webwide reviews, hammam steam room & both jacuzzis not maintained. Deterioration of communal facilities not reflected in the photos - dismantled & abandoned, full to the brim with leaves, steam room categorically out of order & filthy. Several full-time residents stating ‘they have never operated consistently from build’ (not as advised prior to arrival by host ‘being worked on right now’). Despite 50+ exchanges over the course of accumulated issues (intrusive enough to a holiday), which frustratingly could have been avoided with the right guest centred advice, no adequate compensation for time wasted & holiday lost would be acceptable. However, Cindy completely dismissed a request for a partial refund for misrepresentation & inconvenience (but did appeal for recommendations for friends & family…) Despite prescriptive checkin-out list, no advisement of vital information i.e. key collection, offsite address requiring a car, location of parking entrance, instructions for sauna, how to rectify frequent powercuts (again shared by neighbour is common place, even with under occupancy, if operating two appliances & boiler). As a result, we suffered food perished, clothes caught midcycle in the washing machine, sleepless nights with exterior floodlights (no curtains & automatic blinds fixed open). ‘Welcomed’ by an extremely rude representative who complained about previous guests & homeowners, their processes & lack of communication. Luke warm bubble pool understandably monopolised by children due to main pool temperature. Note to help with chores on day of departure - not customary for ABNB style stays - I’d suggest a courtesy if completed without request. I would find any reply here disingenuous. Responsibility lies with the host, resident’s association & management company, to ensure everything reflects the accommodation 100% of the time or immediately repaired, replaced, or reparation made.

Nice apartment with one big terrace and one smaller one. Nice common outdoors areas. Very peaceful environment.

Our lovely host answered all messages 😊 the apartment is beautiful, easy to keep clean and great for all times of day/night with a garden front and back! Location is perfect, quiet but only a walk or scooter away from shops, bars and amazing restaurants! We will be returning next year 👍

This is the third and final review, by our family, of the property where we twice extended the stay for family reasons. Everything has been as described. We especially like the convenience of having underground parking and an elevator to just outside the front door. We’ve stayed in other local properties and this one is the best by far. Highly recommended, and suitable for people with limited mobility.

“Great apartment that is well located”

This was week one of a stay we have twice extended. The property is exactly as described. Unlike many rentals it is properly equipped, which is a big plus. The owner was most thoughtful and helpful in accommodating our changing needs. Not far from beaches, amenities, lots of shops, restaurants, and highways, the location is ideal for exploring the region. We had plenty of sun even in early March, with strength in the sun. I highly recommend this apartment to anybody. Next time one of my adult daughters shall write a review giving a different perspective.
