“Perfect for a short, relaxing break alone, with friends or even the family.”
The photos of the property, especially of the pool did not quite do it justice. The pool is much bigger than it looks on the images used. The whole villa was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Maria Jose, who we think lives next door, met us with the keys and she couldn't have been more helpful. Even loaning us a mobile phone charger and bringing us some locally produced sweet bread from Torrevieja market. The location is ideal if you don't want to venture far. Otherwise, you're a short walk away from a bus into the main centre or a taxi ride away. The Mercadona supermarket over the road has eveything you could want - much better than UK supermarkets for fresh produce.

“Amazing place to stay for a family !!”
The villa was very homely, clean and tidy. Maria is such a lovely, pleasant lady who greeted us on arrival and also checked in to see if everything with our stay was ok. We had such a great stay and will definitely be booking with Maria again.

A wonderful house with real Spanish flavor. Beautiful, green area. Large, clean pool. The house has everything you need, good repair. There is a grill outside, a large green terrace, there is also a covered terrace, a small courtyard with cute cacti. There are sun loungers and garden furniture. Parking next to the house. By car 5 minutes to the gorgeous beaches of La Mata and to the center. Shops are within walking distance. Quiet, peaceful area. Friendly hosts gave us a pie. We will be happy to come back here again.

“Great house with pool.great host would definitely recommend”
The house was lovely and spacious the outside area was excellent. The pool was lovely We did not need the air conditioning. and both bedrooms had ceiling fans . The host Marie was lovely she even brought us a local cake and came and helped us order taxis

I love the place,very nice clean house with beautiful garden with huge swimming pool.Beds very comfortable,very good shower,nice big kitchen and good size tv with Netflix channel.House in good area if you like walking you can find everything around this area.Very lovely house owner,and her daughter who speaks English.
