“Perfect Stay, worth more than.”
.Alex has kept in touch since after the booking. The Place is fantastic, the studio is big, has everything you can image. Sofabed is big enough for 2 people. There is a balcony where you can have a drink in the evening or a coffee in the morning watching the sunrise with Seaview. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, glassware, dishes, cutlery, some condiments. There is a undercount fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. Also a 2hob cooker. In the bathroom a bath/shower, sink, shelves and washing machine. He has provide shampoo, bodywash, and even washing liquid for washing machine. The apto was clean and is about 15min walk maximum to the promenade. There is a big supermarket 200yds from the flat. I had a brilliant stay. Towers and bed linen, kitchen Tea towels etc were all available. Check in and check out were stress free, very easy and always great communication from Alex.

“Excellent Clean conveniently located Studio Apartment”
Meeting Alex the Landlord was the first of many Pluses The Apartment was spotless with everything we needed.it was in a nice quiet area although we don’t know if that would change if a pub very near ever opens again.Great parking area and good for buses if needed. Great. TV mainly Spanish. Alex was more than helpful and a Gentleman.

“wonderful experience!”
I like everything about this studio, cental location (walking distance from city centre), comfort, and mostly, beautiful sun rise from the sea (studio is east facing) and enjoy the sun every morning on the balcoony. Alex is helpful and always ready to answer my queries.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Toiletries were supplied. There was enough toilet paper. The outlook onto a tiny park and next door's pool was pleasant with a distant sea view. The balcony got the sun all morning.

“Great location, beautiful seaview apartment. Very nice host. Definitely recommended!!!”
It is a beautiful apartment with modern decoration and a seaview. Great location, 7 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the Torrevieja city centre. Fully equipped and very clean. Alex, the host is lovely and very helpful. The supermarket and bars close by and a bus stop just across the road.
