We needed somewhere to stay near Monrealeas and we had booked a great place. They cancelled the booking only 24 hours before. So we were desperate. When we found Marosa Casa Vacanze we we really happy and relieved. We weren,t sure what we would find and were extremely pleased. It is an apartment with so many facilities more than the one that cancelled. Finding the exact location, cost us valuable holiday time, butif the owner had simply put the Street Number ( 4 ) on the outside the property, we wouldn't had to spend an hour of our valuable Holiday time

Beautiful unit and building, all new inside. Nice design and decor. The owners have put a lot of attention and effort into the building and the unit. Very clean with everything you need. Mattia was v ery helpful with information and in arranging transportation to the airport. The pool was gorgeous and we enjoyed it.

“Great stay!!!”

Location is just on the edge of Torretta between the airport and Palermo it self. Location is nice and quiet with beautiful backdrop of mountains on the pool side. You will have friendly neighbour (horse) who likes some attention and a scratch on his head. It’s not far away from supermarkets, amenities and main roads. To have a (hire) car is advised. The best way to get around. Mattia the owner is fantastic, he will contact you a couple of times during your stay to see all is ok. He is very helpful if you need anything or want any information. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The building is divided in 3 apartments, it has a large communal / entertainment / reception room. A outdoor seating area with a gas barbecue. And a lovely pool. It’s a new development opened this year (2022), so all looks good. There is even a roof terras, this is still in development. Some more improvements are being made over winter time, so it will be even better next year.
