Very nice apartment and surroundings. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. We visited at the end of January but the apartment was warm, we had the opportunity to heat it as needed.

The accomodation was great, a lovely self contained apartment with a little balcony at the back with views of the olive orchard/plantation and local hills. Conveniently located for visits near Palermo but quiet, peaceful and away from crowds. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. A pleasure.

“A paradise just a 30-minute drive from Palermo”

We received a warm welcome from Sandra. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is small but practically arranged. Bottles of water were provided in the fridge, as the tap water is not drinkable unless boiled, a thoughtful extra service we really appreciated. In the bathroom, there were small bottles of shower gel and shampoo. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure. The terrace is shared with other guests, but due to its generous size, this was absolutely no problem. The property is surrounded by beautiful olive trees and is very peaceful. We truly enjoyed the quiet evenings, accompanied by a friendly family of cats. There are several good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment, and a large shopping center is also nearby. We took the train from Capaci to Palermo, the ride takes about 30 minutes and costs €3.30 per person for a one-way trip. Free parking is available near the station. Place was more beautifull in real life than in photos. Apartament was comfortable. We used washing mashine, even washing powder was there. Sweet cats came to us.

The villa is located in a quiet part of the town and feels like a countryside, the views of the mountains are breathtaking, the garden is vast and so beautifully peaceful. The town’s location is super convenient as well: 20 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to local beach, 5 minutes to supermarket. The apartments are perfect for vacational needs whether you are cooking, bringing food or bbqing with friends. We can’t wait to come back again.

“Little oasis near Palermo”

The apartment is located in nice quiet area, surrounded by garden of olive trees. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities. Our apartment had a little balcony facing to the backyard, where we had breakfast every morning. The owner Giuseppe is very friendly and willing to help you in any thing you need about sightseeing and good restaurants for locals.

Casale Orioles is the best starting point for exploring Palermo and northeastern Sicily. The Villa itself is beautiful, located in a wonderful and peaceful environment surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean plants. It has a beautiful terrace ideal for drinking the first coffee in the morning or a bottle of red Sicilian wine in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, and there is a barbecue next to the building. The owners are friendly and immediately upon arrival introduce us with all the necessary information on how to get to the best local restaurants that serve the best pizzas and other Sicilian specialties. Giuseppe, thank you for allowing us to use your home and thus enabling us to have an even more beautiful memory of the already beautiful Sicily.

This place is very nice. It is a house with a large garden, very quiet and a bit secluded. There is everything you need, including a washing machine. You can make barbecue in the garden.
