Extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Our room had bugs. At first there were just a couple, but after dinner there were dozens — on the ceiling, the floor, and even on the bed. After we contacted reception, they moved us to another room, but this is not the kind of experience you expect for that price. Having to repack everything in the middle of the night after a long, exhausting day was the last thing we needed. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. Before arrival, the hotel flooded us with unnecessary information, yet never mentioned the dinner times. In the end, the only available dinner slot was 9:00 PM. We were seated at 9:15, after waiting in the restaurant corridor and stepping aside for intoxicated guests constantly walking in and out.

The location is ideal for exploring Torres del Paine. The hotel ambience is great, staff is doing their utmost to deliver great service and the quality of the restaurant is really high.

There is no question that the location of the hotel is perfect. It is in the park and has perfect access to all the trails. The physical facilities such as the bar and restaurant look very appealing and inviting. The bedrooms albeit very small are warm and eventually (after about 5 mins) there is good hot water and a powerful shower. That is about where it ends.

“The best location to visit the Torres viewpoint”

The location of this hotel cuts 4 km off the hike to the Torress viewpoint, which is a great advantage. The staff and service were excellent. The dinner (included in our accommodation fee) was delicious. The room is basic for the hotel price. Overall, despite the hotel being a bit pricy considering the room facilities, I would recommend this place due to the unbeatable location and the staff's kindness.

The location within the National Park is exceptional. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. I like to highlight the friendliness and professional attitude of the entire restaurant Coiron Staff and the great cuisine.
