“It was a fulfilling 3 days amidst breathtaking scenery, well worth the money”
Location of hotel is superb on the banks of Lago Grey. The first night was in Superior Room where the views were breathtaking. We could see the Grey Glacier in the distance and the weather being clear, could see the Paine Grande & Cuernos horns clearly, well worth the money. Room and bathroom were very nice as well. Views from the coffee shop were also stunning. We booked tours through the hotel which were very well arranged including food. Guide took good care of us and did not rush the tour at all, kept pace with our hiking levels.

“Luxury in nature”
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The dinner was also very good and quite reasonably priced for fine dining.

Uniquely placed for a view towards glacier and mountains. Good public areas and solid breakfast. Staff were great and helpful for the most part.

“Perfect spot but had higher expectations of the hotel facilities, room and views”
Views from bar were amazing. Check in and restaurant staff were friendly. Restaurant wasn’t as expensive as we’d expected for the remote location. Breakfast good and varied. Perfect location for accessing the Ferrier lookout which is a must do if you are fit enough as it’s a steep hike.

“Perfect .”
Lovely location . Restaurant and bar good . Abraham especially attentive . Definitely pay for a superior room do you get a good view . If you are driving into the park yourself consider hiring a 4x4 as the roads are terrible.

Location of hotel is great and view from our room onto the Lake was amazing! The main area (reception, restaurant) is also nicely designed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
