“Great place to stay just outside the national park with super sfriendly taff”
Staff super friendly and helpful, advising on local hikes to do on our own. Recommend booking tours through the hotel Miguel our guide and Ricardo our driver were both great and the lunches included were amazing. Location was beautiful.

“Amazing hotel at the gate of Torres del Paine NP. Highly recommended!”
The hotel and its surrounding area was absolutely beautiful and serene. It is located at the riverbank, with lots of greenery, horses roaming around and breathtaking view of the whole Torres del Paine NP. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Food (especially dinner) was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay.

“Beautiful location and lovely service”
Great location within the park with lovely mountain views. Highly recommend having a wine on the benches overlooking the water and mountains before dinner. Staff were all friendly and helpful, dropped off bags 3 days early so that we didn’t leave them in our car whilst hiking. Room was nicely decorated and comfortable with good shower and plenty of space for bags. All meals were buffet style and quite tasty. Made toasted sandwiches for breakfast but plenty of hot and cold options. Dinner had many options of hot and cold food with things for all dietary needs. They allocate a table with all tables having beautiful views. Loved the resident dogs and foal too!

“Exceeded our Expectations”
The hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all: the view from their yard is amazing, which almost all the rooms are also looking at it. The staff is kind and everyone is speaking english. The breakfast and dinner is very good and has really healthy options, I must say that was a highlight. There are several dogs and horses on the grounds. The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are very clean and also quiet. Another plus side, which we didn't use but, if you didnt plan your trip beforehand there is a concierge desk where they help you to book some tours. The Calafate Sour is delicious.

“Amazing location stay”

“Superb”
Everything was amazing, the location is so beautiful, right next to the river with the mountains around. It's very comfortable, warm, clean and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. A special mention to Gabriel. The food is excellent, especially the buffet dinner which is fresh, varied and abundant! There are also several tours which can be arranged through the hotel.✨
