“Cozy and warm welcoming stay”

“Humbly perfect”

The location, the staff and the breakfast where great. It’s a simple place but that’s what makes it special. It fits the surroundings perfectly. The music in the common area, the view and the hospitality is just amazing. We stayed here 4 nights and loved every bit of it!

The great pluses were the very friendly staff (one speaking English), the amazing view (sunsets are gorgeous), the breakfast (home-made cakes and juices) and the atmosphere (very nice music and common space).

Nice basic room. Good price for Torres del Paine (still overpriced by other standards). The restaurant / lobby has wifi (no wifi in the room).

The view is good and the restaurant nearby is good too.

The staff didnt speak english but they were the sweetest women! Even though we talked mostlxy through translate app we loved their energy. The hosteria is small and quiet. It feels like you enter your grandmothers room. :) The breakfast is basic but sufficient. There is no dinner but they have drinks. Location is also perfectly fine just 5 min driving from the entrance of the Torres del Paine gates. We booked two night two seperate rooms because there was no availability and they were kind enough to move our luggages while they cleaned out the rooms.

A great location just outside the park. The hosteria feels quaint and homely. We found our room to be clean and the bed was comfortable. We were leaving early to go hiking and so an early breakfast was set up for us - bread, cheese, ham, pastries, tea and coffee. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There have been some poor reviews of this place which seem unfair. We had a great stay here.

Very cosy, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and big comfy bed. The views from the hotel are fantastic. The most affordable hotel in Torres del Paine and really worth it.

“Exceptional location and staff”

The location is exceptional and the staff are wonderful. Anyone telling you to stay in Porto Natales is ignoring the 70+ km drive along dirt roads to get into the park. Do you really want to do that everyday you visit the park?

Loved this place. It’s amazing!!!! The most lovely staff I have ever encountered, we had a language barrier with our very basic Spanish but they did not mind we managed to converse and loved having conversations with them when we seen each other they give off really lovely friendly vibes. The hotel itself is right at the entrance to the national park from your window you can see the most amazing mountains surrounded by nature it’s the most wonderful location for a hotel I have ever stayed. You can often see horses from the window in your room. The room itself was so comfortable and very clean. We have some amazing memories from this hotel and can’t rave about it enough!

-Very nice staff - we asked for double bed so they bedded two beds together and it was very comfortable! - We stayed in the outside house and had a wonderful view of the mountains, and very privat. - common breakfast was really nice Would stay again.

Lovely small hotel located in picturesque spot just outside the national park. Staff are great, rooms are simple but clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Good location for trips to Lago Grey and the rest of the park.
