What we liked the most was the location - inside of the national park, with what that entails; wonderful views, easy access to points of interest and tranquility. The staff and the food. Very happy with our stay and surely repeat it.

Tents are really good. Isolation was good and you get electric blanket if you need it. I find that you have enough room to put your stuff there. Communication with host was great and you receive really nice meals (high quality ones) :) Location is good, but I advise that you have a car or an organized transport.

The place exceeded our expectations, the view of the mountains is just unbelievable, it is located near the Serrano river and next to the national park, super convenient if you are planning to explore it. The tents were cozy, spacious and warmer than we expected. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was delicious and they were able to cater to most of dietary requirements. :)

Superb staff. Damaris and the Chef looked after us amazingly well. What an attractive set up, small but stunning. We absolutely loved it and even went back for dinner on our anniversary despite having left the lodge and they welcomed us back with open arms. Can’t forget the warmth and the ambience of the place. Five star cuisine. It’s a hidden gem.

The service was incredible, the host was willing to help in any way, giving us advice for the park and making us feel at home. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. The tents were warm and cozy, and the location is perfect! Easy access to the park and beautiful views to wake up to.

At the arrival our host Mica welcomed us very warm-hearted and made us feel very good from the beginning. As a local she gave us helpful informations about the Parque. The service overall was very good and the breakfast and dinner has been during our stay very delicious. You can taste the passion of Chef Jose and his way to minimize the waste of food was very interesting. The whole concept of the camp to use recycled materials is amazing. The tents were very comfy and the detailed interior made our stay special. The south entrance of Parque Torres del Paine was so near, just 5 minutes by car. We truly can recommend the Riverside Camp. Thank you guys!
