Well-priced, spacious apartment, in a convenient location to visit Monfragüe National Park. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. The owners were friendly and helpful. On our last day, one of us was sick and there was no problem in letting us stay past the check-out time to rest up a bit, before we could drive to our next accommodation.

Nice people, loverly village

They gave me room 2B, the window-view was poor. It was no problem for me. Bed was OK! It is also quiet. You can park your car at the front. Petrol station in front of appartement. It is closeby the Parque Nacional de Monfrague. So good for Birders.

1. Swimming pool looks really nice (it has even place with grill). It's good to know that it's 150m from the house 2. Localisation almost in the National Park 3. Quiet yet not "abandoned" town with few groceries and restaurants 4. Caring hostess and well-equiped appartment with all amenities (we lack of electric kettle but probably it's just not a standard in Spain) 5. Two AC units so you can control temperature entirely 6. Good wi-fi

We stuck a pin in a map to book accommodation in Monfrague and we hit really lucky. A lovely apartment in a lovely village. Everyone we met made us feel so welcome, I speak a bit of Spanish and the locals were really supportive letting me practice and helping me out. A really comfortable apartment with everything you would want. There is a pool that guests have access to about 200m up the road which is clean and well maintained, a welcome addition on a hot day. Would I book this apartment again? A solid yes. The most comfy bed we had in a 4 week motorcycle trip through France and around Spain.

The location next to the Monfrague park is excellent for people who like hiking etc. The hosts were very nice and friendly. The apartment was perfectly fine with just what you would expect plus a bottle of milk and water and some coffee and buscuits which is a nice touch. There is a nice restaurant just 50m from the apartment. We were there in middle of July in a heatwave so it was a pretty hot place to be so the swimming pool was very appreciated.

Very nice host, perfectly clean house. Basic products like coffee and milk were already in the apartment. Restaurants around the corner but also a well equipped kitchen to prepare your own meal.
