“Great comfortable stop to be near Monfraque Park.”
The antique, Spanish style furnishings and ambience Bed was comfortable and the room was large and clean. Parking available nearby. . Location is great for the viewpoints to see the vultures.

“Lovely one night stay”
Very comfortable one night stay at this Posada. Spacious room and bathroom. Safe space for my bicycle. Restaurant and bar on site which was handy on a Saturday night with little else around. Very helpful staff. Breakfast included in the price.

Location for the main "Bird Watching" area of the National Park. Food. Very generous portions at a very reasonable price. Loved our terrace.

Good food. Very helpful and competent host. Didn't speak English but did everything he could to help! The restraunt alone would a straight 10!

Excellent traditional Posada. Family-run. Room was very clean and in spite of cold weather (December), the heater worked very well. Plenty of blankets, comfortable bed. Great shower. The traditional food was excellent, local and the portions were huge, including the breakfast. Friendly reception. Perfect location for visiting Monfragüe, and the village is interesting to wander through. Free parking next to the Posada.

Friendly family-run hostal, breakfast was great : freshly-made tostada with tomato and a very good jamón, fresh fruit (kiwis, bananas, apples). The restaurant was very good, the secreto delicious and portions large. I would most definitely go there again.

Beautiful location south of national park. Rooms clean , comfortable and well equipped. Restaurant offers traditional Spanish food. Excellent value for money and will stay again.

Very nice hotel, very well located to visit Monfragüe National Park. The personnel make you feel welcome and is very helpful (they helped me fix my car's battery after I forgot to switch the lights off during the night). Also, the restaurant is nice and reasonnably priced. I will definitely recommend it.

“Nice ambience on the esplanada at night.”
Breakfast was fine. So was the evening meal - which was fortunate as there was nothing else open in the vicinity (a Thursday night). Two nice gestures were to receive a large bottle of cold water upon arrival and another upon departure. Free parking was nearby. The Wi-Fi was ok, if you stayed near the door of the room. The price was reasonable for the amenities. Taps etc in the bathroom worked. Take note to expect very firm mattresses.
