“11/10 Stay.”
Our stay at H Los Rafaeles was amazing. It's like a little hidden gem. So clean and quiet and great value for money. The rooms were perfect for a short trip. Loren was very kind and made our stay perfect. Would definitely book again if I'm back in Madrid 10/10

Really easy check in, great price for Madrid, and a great place to rest your head after a long travel day. Close to bus routes and local amenities

“My stay was ok. I'll give it a three star.”
The customer service was good and the accommodation was clean. Also, there are good transport links nearby. Its very close to the police station and the location was secured.

“Good location, clean and friendly”
Lovely location, I really like Torrejon de Ardoz. And this is a great quiet clean spot. The staff were wonderful and gave me a slightly bigger room, the receptionist answered all my questions and booked me a taxi to the airport as I had to leave very early. The staff are also very very helpful because I left something behind and they're doing their best to ship it to me.

The employee ,who works for check in, acted cold us. Although she understood what I said in English, when I asked her to speak English, she said no and continued to speak Spanish quickly.Apart from that, she was already inhospitable.
