“Quiet and peaceful with loads of hospitality and a wonderful breakfast”

Casolare Nellie Saline was such a lovely place to stay near the salt pans and away from the busyness of Trapani. The room was large, it was gloriously quiet, the hosts were friendly and kind, the breakfast was amazing and, as I ascertained, much of the breakfast home cooked including the marmalade. Not being a marmalade fan normally, theirs was absolutely delicious and I bought a small jar for a small price. The hosts went to so much trouble to provide a very large and varied breakfast even accounting for my food intolerances. They brought us foil to wrap what we didn’t eat to take with us and a bag to put the food in, which was wonderful and so very thoughtful. All in all this is a really lovely place to stay with an abundance of hospitality.

The rooms are super clean, the owner is very helpful and his wife is a great cook. They served us very well with a hearty breakfast different from anywhere else, everything freshly baked and prepared homemade.

The rooms looks simple but the have everything you might need. Very quiet place with small orange and lemon orchard. Very helpful host. Breakfast is completely homemade - loved the fresh strawberries, yoghurt, canol and freshly squized fruitjuice. Best Italian coffee too!

The breakfast is indeed delicious and it gives you the feeling you are spoiled hehe. The hosts are incredibly nice and as a tip, there is a restaurant very close where you can have good food and enjoy a nice sunset. :)

Thanks to wonderful people who host at Casolare Nelle Saline. The location is at a nice and quiet place near Trapani. The residence is very clean and tidy. The garden of the fruit trees is so beautiful. And what a delicious breakfast treat!

The location is in the middle of the "Saline" area and it is really amazing, very quiet with beautiful sceneries around. Our hosts were really kind people, but what really stands out is the wonderful breakfast. It's worth staying at Casolare nelle Saline just for its breakfast!
