Calm, tranquility and private pool. House was located in the middle of olive trees in a beautiful garden with barbecue. Just 8 minutes away from an amazing beach by car. Communication with owner very easy.

“it's not worth that money”
In advance I just want to said that this is just our feeling and we can said that we didn't like Villa Petrelli. To be honest Villa Petrelli just have very good photographer where everything looks more comfortable and bigger than it is actually. Inside it is very very very small, dark and everything is very old. I just can say that the photos completly does not represent the truth. It really doesn't worth that money, I think that the owner thinks that having a big garden worth everything but it is not like that, he didn't give love or patience to make the place comfortable, cozy and clean and you can feel that, it is just lets take a money. No effort at all. Swimming pool is very dirty no one clean it, so we didn't use it at all. Also the owner asked me to give some kind of deposit and he didn't give me that deposit back when he said, I was waiting more hours to get it. I never met him. To be honest I love when things are transparent so if you have some rules said that and don't speculating with my money also if you take the deposit come and check the villa in person so both of us are there and we can have a dialogue if something is not good. This can be a tips. Anyway a lot of proceed for something that doesn't worth.
