First impression was their amazing hospitability even before our arrival. They informed us about all necessary details. The Apartment is spacious, clean, new, well equipped. It has a secured parking place. In perfect location: very close to the beach, shops, restaurants. So all in all, it is an exceptional place, good value for money.

Iria Residence is some 5 min from the beach thus it is the most perfect locaiton ever! Nearby there is a square with a church which make the place rather authentic. The apartment is rather spacious and it would be ok if we come a full family next time, the only issue we expected to have an aprt ont he 2nd floor with a balcony, yet the ground floor with its small giardino is a bonus as well. Sarah suggested us the best passticciere ever! As well as she arranged us comfortable transfer from Brindisi airport and back to Lecce train station. She was available any time we had any issue.

Nice modern spacious apartments, we'll equipped, w kitchen, clean,large balcony, secure private parking, good location - shop, restaurants around, just few few minutes to the beach. The girls who managed check-in/out were lovely, helpful, nothing was problem, easy communication via WhatsApp, thank you for your care👍

The location is perfect, just 5 min walking to the beach. All shops and restaurants are close. Very nice to have a private parking. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable beach holiday.
