We stayed in the room with private bathroom and truely enoyed our stay. Concetta is friendly and accomodating. There is a nice lounge/coffee area in the garden for guests and safe parking for cars or bicycles. Reccomended

“Recommend 10/10”
It was very clean, had a great outdoorkitchen and Ms. Conchetta was super friendly. She didn‘t speak any english but with google translator it was no problem. Furthermore just be aware it‘s a shared bathroom, was no problem for us but keep it in mind when booking. We would come back any time!

“Very nice room close to Viareggio Beach.”
We had a beautiful stay there. The room was fantastic, large, and with private parking. We were allowed to use a large fridge in a common area.
