Let's start with the host. Andrea is a pleasant man as is entire his family. He makes great pizza and fish. His wife makes delicious tiramisu. The room is clean and tidy. The house is close both to the lake and to the see. There is a lovely garden to have brakfast and dinner. And also important car parking place for all the guests.

The hotel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The food was exceptional! Breakfast was very generous and diverse and the evening meals were delicious. We tried both the pizza (freshly cooked to order in a wood-fired oven) and the restaurant option. This family-run hotel is a true delight and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying there again.

It's a lovely b & b made so special by the amazing hosts. The room was v comfortable..excellent AC super clean. Comfy beds. Choice of pillows. Dinner available if you wish and the food is absolutely outstanding served in a lovely outdoor covered courtyard. Probably some of the best food we've had in Italy. Great for accessing the Puccini Opera Festival in Torre de Lago.

“Comfortable, friendly, great food”

Andrea and his wife are perfect hosts: nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and beds are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Really well situated for visiting the opera and the lake or the seaside, right in between and a frequent bus service. One of the highlights, though, is the excellent food available for dinner in the garden, great pizza and lovely antipasti , pasta and risotto : you must not miss it!

“Amazing food!”

The surprise diner was amazing, we didn't know up front this was possible. Both are amazing cooks in their own right, from working in the kitchen or using the outside bbq. Truly a joy.

Clean, comfortable and spacious bedroom and bathroom. The host was friendly and always smiling, and made us feel very wellcomed. Everything was well maintained and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and consistent. Air conditioning worked a treat during a very hot week.

The owner was super nice. Sadly we didn't have time to try the homemade pizza. The oven in the backyard looks awesome. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. Absolute recommendation

Smooth check-in, very friendly and kind owners, possible to borrow bikes that take you to the beach and around the town, breakfast was exceptional, great variety, the owners put so much effort to make your stay worth it it's kind of amazing, really. We will hopefully be back soon for the february festival! We loved this place and highly recommed it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful holiday close to the most beautiful beaches in this region.

Breakfast was good, maby a little more variability could help but we were satisfied. The host was very friendly and kind, always helpful.

Everything was perfect. The size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. All areas have been newly renovated. Very good breakfast Staff was helpful and very kind. Perfect location with parking lot. Good value for money.
