“Great value for money stay in Torquay.”
This is a perfectly located little unit. We visited for the Summersalt concert and the front gate was about 100m from the property. So, I hate to give away the secret, but it is the absolute perfect spot for any concerts at Torquay Common. It is also only a stone throw from Bell St, which is packed with restaurants, fish and chip shops and a bakery. About a 15 minute walk into the main street and 10 minutes from the main beaches. Highly recommend for a couple with two to three kids. Or 2 couples who want to be close to town at an affordable price. There are three double rooms, but it may get a bit squishy with three couples.

The property was beautiful and clean with 3 spacious bedrooms and a big comfy living area. Walking distance to Torquay Hotel and a number of restaurants/cafes.
