Convenient location. Well equipped. Very comfortable. Large outdoor space. The host was very helpful and responded to questions promptly. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and were genuinely sorry to leave.

The only thing I want to flag is that the vacuum bag was so full it barely worked and was surprised it didn’t blow! Had to pull out compacted hair etc with my fingers. Suggest replacing the bag occasionally

This house was perfect for our family beach holiday. The facilities were very well considered & everything exceeded our expectations based on previous holiday house experiences. Such a simple fit out, the right amount of crockery, cutlery & kitchen utenstils, house not overloaded with decor, lots of chairs & space to play games.

The kitchen amenities were fantastic and the standard of cleanliness and linen was also excellent. Couldn’t fault anything.

Perfect location close to the beach. Cafes/restaurants/shops all close by. Has a good sized back yard so is a perfect place to stay if you have a dog. Would definitely stay there again if in the locality

Loved the location, it was close to everything but very peaceful. The house was spotless, cosy and had everything you might need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and linen were wonderful.

Excellent property with modern, extremely comfortable interior and wonderful garden our dog enjoyed. The position in Torquay is perfect in a quiet street and we walked to all local beaches, ocean front paths and shopping area. Emma, our host, could not be more helpful before, during and after our stay. It was great to know that someone was available to assist if we ever need them. The place itself was so welcoming, spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Being so close to everything in Torquay yet it was so quiet that you'd never know. You literally could hear a pin drop.

The place was great, clean tidy and had plenty of Equiptment! Loved how pet friendly it was, including the yard being all in closed.

This little house is very cosy, the fire is beautiful and warms the lounge room very quickly. The kitchen has plenty of plates, glasses, pots & pans etc, and it was great to see some cling wrap, foil, papertowel, salt and pepper etc, it made the stay so easy. When you only stay for a couple of days, these little things are appreciated. Plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc, it was very welcoming having these every day items available. The location is fantastic, easy walk to the beach and shops. I really enjoyed my little break and I would definitely re-book this accommodation. Thank you.

The house and property were wonderful. Very clean and spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We took our dog who absolutely loved the huge backyard! The heating was lovely for the cold mornings and evening too. Would love to come back and stay again!
