We had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our children feel special by handing out chocolate freckles on arrival. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade from our budget cabin to a larger, more comfortable cabin, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids loved the free mini golf. Even though it was raining, it didn’t stop us from having a great time together. After a long day of driving, the arcade games room provided plenty of laughs and was a fantastic way for our family to relax and spend quality time together. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we appreciated the warm hospitality and family friendly atmosphere. This version sounds a little more professional while still feeling genuine and positive.

Nice cozy place.. the cabin looked small but had everything we needed and didn't feel congested at all. The entertainment for kids is quite a hit.. there are a lot of things to do in the property. The beach is just 15 to 30 min walk away.. and felt less walking in those nice streets with beautiful houses. The staff were very helpful and kind. They told us a lot about the area and gave us great suggestions for sightseeing.

They gave us the unit with a poolview. Good thing it is not summer n noisy. Unit is big enough for a family of 4-5, clean, no dark or moldy spots. 2nd time staying in Big4. Happy with Big4.

The staff were fantastic. Went over and above to attend to my family and my needs. (We booked 4 cabins as there was a lot of us). The kids had a ball in the pool and riding their bikes. And the holiday entertainment for the kids was great.

Kids love the activities it offers and over the holidays they have great activities on offer even had an ice cream van attend one evening. They also have a great food van which serves Thai cuisine in thw eve ing its a great extra on offer
