Located in Bellbrae, a quiet country town 4 km from Torquay and just 8 minutes' drive from the famous Bells Beach, Bells Estate Great Ocean Road Cottages features free WiFi, an indoor pool and a fitness centre. This cottage was a lovely place to stay after a long road trip. The bedrooms was spacious and comfy. We loved the oldness to it with exposed beams, very pretty. In the morning we walked around the property, watched the alpacas and patted the pony, great spot for kids

5 minutes out of Torquay township, it was the perfect location to avoid all the hassle of holiday congestion. In a great bushland setting the units were very comfortable, resident Pony and Alpacas kept the kids entertained. Host Terry was excellent.

“Lovely stay”

Room to move on a lovely land site with walks around a dam and lamas on sight. Terry was our host and delightful. Close to Bells Beach. Warm with heaters and great view from the terrace.

Lovely setting Studio was lovely, clean and comfortable and very quiet 2 bedroom cottage was lovely and comfortable, very clean disappointed no toilet upstairs
