“Great location for attending a concert!”
Location and neighbourhood was great (we were staying there to go see Rosalía at Scotiabank Arena, which was about a 20-min walk away). There’s also a fantastic bakery around the corner (Nonni)! The staffperson we spoke to at check-in was very friendly :)

“It was alright. The stay was quite cheap and central but you literally get what you pay for, it’s not a very pleasant st”
Easy check in, check out. friendly staff. You get bed linens and a towel without an extra cost. You can get a padlock for 6$ for your locker (lockers are in your room). The location is central and safe.

Good location, but we had the room near the entrance, so we heard every shutting of the front door. There is basic breakfast, some toasts, jam etc, but served only from 8 am. To bus terminal and to the city airport it's 30 min on foot.

As an african from kenya attending a conference in Toronto, they did not for a second make me feel unwelcome. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Worst place ever. The staffs were so inconsiderate. They will ignore you and will not help you at all. DONT BE TRAPPED. 100% NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!!!!!
