It was very clean and the staff were very kind. Always saying good morning or hello. The bed was very comfortable I slept like the dead each night!

Everything went very badly, and, exhausted from the trip, I couldn't check into the apartment because my credit card didn't work for the deposit. The front desk wasn’t accommodating at all. So I had to look for another place to stay. I wanted to pay the deposit in cash, with a debit card, with my credit card that was back home, or with a friend’s credit card—but the front desk told me the card had to be physically in my hands. I have never had such a negative experience as I did with this hotel. The woman at the front desk didn’t help me at all as a guest and didn’t even offer to help me find a new place; I was left to deal with this problem on my own. They didn’t refund my booking money; I lost it. I used to work in the hotel industry in Warsaw, Poland, and I’ve encountered various situations, but I’ve never experienced such a lack of respect for a guest or such a lack of assistance. I do not recommend this hotel; I lost more than $230, which they didn’t refund, and the room had been paid for.

The room and bathroom were spacious, well-designed, comfortable, and very clean. There were plenty of options for breakfast, including scrambled eggs and sausages. The breakfast room was better than average and staff kept trays replenished. All staff were very friendly. Good value accommodations!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the girl working in the breakfast area was very attentive — she quickly refilled everything whenever something was running low. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeper made sure it was cleaned every day. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. We lived on the first floor, and it was very convenient that we could see our car right from our window. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was ready first thing in the Morning. The food was very good for Hotel Breakfast. The room were very clean and spacious, Beds were comfy, and they had anything we could need.

The cleaning staff were very friendly. However I arrived early and check in was at 3:00pm. Another gentlemen came early too but was given his room right away. I had informed the Inn that I would be arriving early so they had plenty of notice. But they made me wait in the lobby for 45 minutes telling me they could not check me in until 2:15 otherwise they needed to charge me. That was disapointing because O had made an effort to notify them and also stayed away from the hotel all day since my flight arrived at 7:00am

The renovation that was done was exceptional. The hotel looked fantastic from the water fountain in the entrance to the hallway decor being spot on. The King room was larger than we expected and the bathroom with the huge shower was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be putting Stay Inn as our hotel of choice when we are in that area.

Breakfast was very good. Everything was just perfect. There was a good amount of fresh food and drinks to choose from. Only thing we didn't like was the brand of sausage was too salty and couldn't finish it. The next day, there was bacon that was really tasty and quite enjoyable. Overall, the room was very clean, and well laid out. It had everything to make our stay very comfortable. It was quiet and cozy. We had a good deep sleep in a very cozy comfortable bed. Although the temperature was minus didgit cold outside, the building was very adequately warm inside. We also enjoyed the area not being in the heart of downtown, which made it extra quiet surroundings. We'll look forward to being repeat customers next time we need lodging here in Toronto. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made us feel welcomed.
