Located within downtown Toronto, this student co-op lends rooms out to the public throughout the summer. The hotel is an 8 minutes' walk from the Dundas TTC subway station. Neill Wycik Hotel offers private rooms with shared washrooms and a kitchen area. Rooms include linens, a small towel and a bar of soap. Daily housekeeping is also available. The property also has 24/7 security and front desk staff. A five-item continental breakfast is served daily from 7am to 12pm. Additional breakfast items can be purchased. Central heating. it's clean and quite from the road. the room is like a student accomodation. Shared bathroom and kitchen are both very clean because the cleaner comes everyday. It comes with a great breakfast! the dinning area was clean too. I probably went there at a quiet time so that's why I had a very good experience. Friendly staff.

They charged me 60 CAD for security fee and didn't refund it! Also the room was so dirty and smell like washroom!

“Good value for your money.”
The breakfast was okay. The coffee was small, but good.and you get 1 free refill. Very little selection, but it will be enough to fill you up before heading out. The location is very good.and convenient as it is close to everything in the city. My room had a very nice big window overlooking the street, but it wasn't noisy and the curtains block out the light when sleeping. The building has security also to ensure safety. Wifi was good and free on all floors. Room was basic, but clean and the bed was comfortable.
