“Spectacular Place!”

The stay was spectacular. The place is cozy, with natural light and a beautiful view that does not give beautiful sunsets every day. The apartment has everything you could need in a modern and pleasant atmosphere. It is in an elegant neighborhood surrounded by restaurants for all tastes. Equidistant location to most places of interest. Something special about this property is the treatment of its owner Ahmed and Tamir his co-host who were aware that we lacked nothing and that we were having a good time. It will definitely be my selection when I return to Toronto.

“Unit falsely advertised when booked. Very misleading and disturbing”

It was advertised to me as a 2 bedroom unit with the ad changed letter to 3 bed. I was very unhappy to find this difference on arrival at the unit.

As with most properties, there wasn't a teapot but we could live with that, The showers could be taken off the magnet had used as a hand held shower, which seems to be less common for Canada (based on our stays elsewhere). View is very good

Incredible view and location. Yorkville is an incredible neighbourhood. The apartment was clean (I have a dust allergy, so always know!) and well equipped.

The apartment was in a great location and the hosts were lovely. The views were amazing and it was clean and modern.

“A Gem in a Fantastic Part of the City”

Our host Ahmed could not have been more helpful. Great information prior to arrival, met us with keys at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. View was amazing and the apartment was well equipped. Allowed us a late, late check out which helped us enormously. We travel a lot and prefer to stay in apartments rather than hotels. I can honestly say that this is one of the best places we've stayed. Thanks Ahmed.

“The most fantastic stay ~ the owner and the area were perfect!”

I loved the fact that the owner personally met us and showed us the apartment. The apartment is on a high floor with phenomenal views from both the bedroom and the living/dining area. The apartment is in an incredibly convenient area (close to both food/groceries, shopping, shows, and sight-seeing) where it was easy to walk or take the subway system. I had forgotten how much FUN Toronto is! I haven't visited in years, and this was a spur-of-the- moment trip (kinda). I will definitely be coming back and staying at this apartment. The owner was so incredibly kind and helpful, and nicely touched base with us to make sure that we were doing ok and if we needed anything. The home was charming and the building and surrounding area was very safe. I highly recommend staying here! Amy

“Lovely apartment in a great location”

The location was amazing. The apartment is in a lovely apartment block with great views over the city. There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby (special mention to Summers ice cream parlour, Coco cafe and Cibo Italian restaurant) with some more budget options within walking distance on Yonge Street (recommend Naan Kabob for Afgani food and Lee Chen for Chinese). There is a subway station and a supermarket a couple of streets away. The apartment was on a high floor, so street noise didn't bother us, and we didn't hear anything from other apartments in the block. An added bonus for our teenage son was that it's in an area where people come to show off their supercars - it's a great place to spot Lambos, Ferraris etc if that's your thing. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for our 9 night stay. Communication with the owner was good both before and during our stay. Check in and out was smooth and easy. I would happily recommend this apartment to my family and friends (or other booking.com users 😀).

The apartment is gorgeous with an amazing view. It situated close to many interesting things in the city. We had everything we needed and more. The host was very friendly and always willing to help.

Great location, had everything we needed in the apartment. The host had brilliant communication and was very accomodating to changes in arrival time.

We couldn’t control the heat, and elevator was not working. It was tossing us around like salad. Very disturbing.

The view and the light are amazing. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and has everything one needs. It feels calm and peaceful. A great space to unwind and relax! Ahmed is so helpful and friendly and he did everything he could to ensure my stay was a happy one and that I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!! The bed is also very comfortable as is the couch for watching a movie.
