Pradeep is not only a lovely host, but also an excellent tour guide who’s more than happy to offer recommendations for what to do in Toronto and further afield. He helped plan for my trip to the Niagara Falls and I thoroughly enjoyed myself there (some photos below). He made my short stay pleasant and hustle free for a first timer in Canada!

“Such an all around beautiful property with lots of interesting features”

The property was just like the photos, except even more stunning as there was light streaming through the stained glass windows in the kitchen and the main hallway, and along with the chandeliers these lights created a beautiful display of rainbows throughout the kitchen. As well, when I was there the snowball tree was in full bloom along the front steps and I could not stop inhaling its fragrance. I was very lucky to find this property as it really stands out from anything else I've stayed at. The owner is really friendly and accommodating. My room was quiet and beautiful too. I will definitely be back!

We liked the fact that the host is amazing, full of fantastic ideas and places to visit. Very welcoming and anything needed the host was willing to sort this for us. Quiet location. Also an excellent location if wanting to go to Toronto or the Niagara falls.

At first, there's little rules you have to follow but those are for keeping the place organized and tiny, so it'll be fair for the next guests and of course the owner, you'll get use to it, not a big deal. Location is very convenient. 8 mins walk to the bus station, and basically from that, you can access the whole Toronto area (multiple choices: streetcar, bus and subway). Owner and other guests are very welcoming (shout out to Catherine and Wendy). The owner, Mr.Pradeep and his brother Mr.Praveen provided extremely useful information about Toronto, makes the trip easier and better. For example, Mr. Pradeep told me about the casino shuttle to Niagara Falls, saved me a lots of time and money; Mr. Pradeep took me for a walk to get to know about the surrounding environment and I had the first snow slide in my life, It was a whole new experience for me. As a visitor who travel by myself, they're really helpful. My room, Lotus Room, it has a huge french window providing a nice and comfort sunlight. It also has a huge smart TV that you can watch Prime video and Netflix. Everything has been cleanse before my arrival. I got a washroom and a bathroom, if you're a male, considering about other female guests, you might have to take toilet and shower in separated rooms. There's also an opened kitchen with various of cooking tools and a personal fridge that you can make your own meal. Definitely worth the price, the staff, facilities, location and the cleanliness is top-notch. *Recommend visiting here in summer season so that you can have more outdoor activities at attractions. Still, during the winter, you still got Quebec Carnival and Winterlude in Ottawa, and you'll get a complete different view of Toronto from summer.

My 2nd stay here. Home was stunningly beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Host was kind and respectful and always there when I needed them. Bed was comfortable and room was well furnished. I will always come back and stay here whenever I am in Toronto.

Pradeep, the host, is a very kind, generous and caring man who likes to treat every guest as his friend. Room is spacious, clean, decorated with souvenirs from all around the world. And it’s very warm with the heat.

Really nice host who is really helpfull and can give you a lot of tips. Good and fast communication. Really comfortable beds. Well equipped room. Really fair price. 10-15 min by car to the nearest metrostation where you can park for 7$ the whole day.

I recently stayed in this beautifully appointed Princess bedroom and I truly felt like royalty. The space was incredibly comfortable and spacious, allowing for a relaxing experience. The host was gracious and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, it was an ultimate getaway that I would highly recommend!

The host was accommodating and conscientious, ensuring my stay was comfortable and that the neighborhood would serve my needs. My room was comfortable and cozy. The Albion Shopping Mall could be reached on foot, and the residential area was ideal for relaxing evening strolls. The bus stop to Islington subway station was just a 5-minute walk away. The family and other guests were amiable, making my stay a home away from home.
