“This is not a city hotel, but a rural farm house - take this into consideration while booking it!”
On arrival we got room upgrade (no reason provided). Most likely stayed in: Two-Bedroom House. On arrival host made an introduction of the rooms. Peaceful neighborhood, away from the main road. (Two-Bedroom House) photos matched reality. This is not a city hotel, but a rural farm house - take this into consideration while booking it! So, cleanliness/dust - like you can expect from a rural farm house. No significant problem with smells - some furnace/oven smell, but this is normal for farm house with burning furnace. If you are looking for a rural farm house experience - then this is right place for you!

“Location - perfect - needs to have more tidy up and update shower area in Triple Room with Terrace!”
Fast commute to I Land Sound Festival. Old cottage with romantic scenery. In very hot day - like it was - was bearable to sleep in cool cottage room.
