If I could rate this hotel higher than 10, I absolutely would. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Everyone is incredibly attentive, always ready to help with a warm smile, and they consistently go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We had gathered family from three different parts of the world, and this hotel became the perfect place for us to reconnect. It was an amazing catch‑up for all of us, and the atmosphere made those moments even more special. The food is truly amazing - fresh, flavourful, and full of variety. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in every dish. A big highlight was the inclusion of premium alcohol within the all‑inclusive package, which adds a level of quality you don’t often find at other resorts. The entertainment is another standout. There’s always something enjoyable happening, from daytime activities to well‑organised night shows that are fun, engaging, and professionally done. It creates a lively, welcoming atmosphere without ever feeling overwhelming. Overall, this hotel exceeded every expectation. Exceptional service, fantastic food, quality drinks, and great entertainment — all wrapped in a setting that made our family reunion unforgettable.

“Ok for what you pay”

The property is only about a 30-minute drive from the airport, so it is very easy to get to. It has its own beach with lovely cabanas, a main saltwater swimming pool, and it is all-inclusive. The food is generally good, with a substantial selection available. The decor is quite grand, with lots of gold and marble, giving the hotel a very luxurious, grandiose feel. However, the smaller details in the service, some maintenance issues, and inconsistent staff training do take away from the overall experience. For example, the coffee machines at many of the bar and restaurant stations are not particularly good, and the coffee is not up to the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. Housekeeping and minibar service can also be inconsistent. Small things are missed, such as providing soda water without anything to open it with. The gym is okay, but some services also feel inconsistent. For example, at times the Pilates instructor is not even based in the gym itself, which makes the experience feel less well-organised.

Everything was excellent and exceptional, extra ordinary customer services , room was perfectly cleaned, great food selection, enjoyed the water slides (suitable for adults & kids). Special thanks to "Vagif Beyoglu" our butler who made sure we have a comfortable stay, very polite, professional and helpful. Every single staff from (reception, dining, cleaners, shuttle drivers) was welcoming and always ready to help. Thanks to "Huzur Aydostan" with his excellent customer services in dining area and engaging with kids.You all made our stay special and worthy to visit again.

Fantastic grand hotel and an amazing location. We stayed in one of the villa’s and couldn’t ask any more of our stay. We had our own butler who was on hand to help us 24/7 as and when needed. Lovely hotel and great facilities. Used the spa facilities and gym facilities, and both were great.

Everything was amazing, including the comfort environment, the stuff and the cleanness. I especially loved how it was easy to contact with the stuff we were added to this group that whatever we needed at the moment we were able to text to this group and in less than a few minutes, we will get a response with our needs being met. I truly enjoyed the outdoor pool and the beach area. Everything was super clean, including the room and the outside environment another plus of this hotel was that there were shuttle vehicles, arriving five minutes at a time that would take you to whatever you want, and it was also amazing! I liked how every day they were special concerts and fun activities and in the morning of the day we would receive this schedule for the whole day. Also about the food, I might say that there were a few restaurants inside the hotel, which you could freely snack whenever you want during the day, the restaurant Zaatar was our favorite, Overall, it was a great hotel I think I would love to visit there in the future!🤍

Lots going on and lots to do! Staff were attentive & excellent choice of food available. Sunsets were incredible !!!

This is my second time visiting the hotel and the management is different. The reception staff is good at communicating with foreign guests. However, the internal facilities managers are weak in understanding foreign guests and do not understand their requests. As for the Turkish guest, they have no problems. Of course, their treatment is very distinctive.
