Location and friendly staff.

I liked the location and how quiet and serene the environment is, and then, the lady who checked me in was exceptionally friendly with a beautiful smile on her face.😄

I liked the excellent customer service the receptionist had. She was very welcoming and helped us with our needs. Especially when the restroom door closed accidentally she helped us. She is a Russian lady, unfortunately I forgot her name. She was very very welcoming. So were the other two ladies but I didn’t interact much with them except with the one who received us.

“Small, but with all the essentials - Great stay”

Small but cosy hotel nearby Rome's ringroad. Just stayed for 1 night with family as we had to go to a health check at an hospital in Rome. The staff was very helpful (I sent a message that we were arriving later than expected and they called me to say there would be no problems), the room was big with 4 beds and a cot (we were 2 adult, 1 teen and a baby) with ensuite bathroom (shower), great the idea to have a personal code to access both the front door and the room. The breakfast was good, quite a wide selection of savoury and sweet options and coffee/tea made on spot. I recommend it, the only thing is that you might need a car to move or check the local trasport to get to the tube and go to Rome's centre.

The rooms were absolutely clean, with towels and other items replaced daily. Breakfast, with the exception of cold scrambled eggs, was adequate, tasty, and varied. I easily overlooked this due to the friendly staff. The staff were absolutely wonderful, and I'd like to thank them for this.

I pay a one-night fee when I check in on June 28th and stop by another place after check out the next day to come to Dolomites, but out of nowhere, more accommodation fees are paid double on July 5th. It seems that the payment was made again a week after check-out is quite intentional. I protested by email and contacted Booking.com to cancel the second payment, but travelers should be careful.
