It is a nice simple accomodation. We had a great room with a beautiful view. On the ground floor their is a nice little onsen, which we loved.

I liked shodoshima very much, the ryokan was very close to the angel Road also across the Street there are 2 good restaurants

Not much at all. Contactless accom but little or no info to assist. Bad smells around our room. Baths (shared bathroom) only available 6-11pm. Left a day early.

“Great location and facilities”
The facilities were great. Located within walking distance to Angel Road and you can see it from just outside. Loved the onsen style shower and bath! With lovely olive oil shampoo and soap. Our room was basic but had all the necessities! For three of us it was a little bit cramped up, but we managed. Would definitely stay again :)

“A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Shodoshima.”
Tori is a wonderful host. He picked us up from the ferry and returned us to the port on our departure. Irifune is a lovely quaint destination, right on the water's edge. Our room was a rustic Japanese style with tatami mats and futons. We had beautiful views of Angel Road. As well as a private bathroom there is the added bonus of separate male and female onsen style indoor bathing areas. These were a great way to relax after a day's adventuring.

“We stayed three nights to discover this and nearby islands and this was a good base to stay in.”
We had a very relaxed stay in this small private hotel. It does not have the facilities of big hotels but the owner is super nice and made us feel welcome. He also helped us to enjoy and discover the island. The stay was much more unique than your average hotel, with an additional touch of time travelling back to the seventies or so ;-)
