“Lovely guesthouse”

Very friendly host, Mr Park, who takes great care and pride in the guesthouse. It's simple, clean and comfortable. He provides a simple breakfast of toast, homemade jam, juice and coffee in the communal kitchen where you can cook and use the communal fridge. Plates cups and cutlery are available for use along with a hot and cold water dispenser. No TV in room, but there is a communal lounge with TV. Also a nice garden to sit out in.

It's very near, like walking distance to the cable car up to Mireuksan! Perfect! The facilities are very clean and organised.

The room was very nice. Quiet and lots of space. The air-conditioning was necessary during the hot summer. Although the location was a bit way out from the downtown area, you could still take buses from there to the guesthouse.

A wonderful guesthouse! Actually my favourite place I stayed out of several on my trip. Very welcoming host who was super helpful. Peaceful location, with beautiful garden. Very easy to get to on public transport or a 30 minute walk to harbour area using under sea tunnel. Right by cable car for Mireuksan.

First of all, the host was very welcoming and helped me with my luggage despite having quite heavy ones. He welcomed me outside and made sure to introduce me to all the rules and facilities of the guesthouse while walking around till we reach my room. Since it was in the last floor, he warned me from hitting my head in the ceiling since it was very low. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. However, keep in mind that it's quite old as a bathroom. Also, if you're over 1m65, maybe it's better to mention that you need another room and avoid having this one so that you don't hit your head and have back pain. During breakfast time, I got to socialize with other customers since we shared a very modest but lovely breakfast like a small family which was super cool! Outside, the garden was so lovely. I was a bit sad because I didn't get the chance to sit there since my stay was very short, but it was very relaxing to see it and be surrounded by nature. All in all, it was a lovely short stay and this guesthouse really felt like home.

The guesthouse is in an excellent location in Tongyeong. The owner made us feel very welcomed and we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place is cosy and its location is very handy. The hiking area is just by the corner. The guesthouse is super clean. The host is one of the nicest people I ever met over my travels. Very kind and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay in One Guesthouse. Mr Park (the owner) was very welcoming and patiently answered our questions. He even gave us some fruits :) The room was clean and simple. The common area was so comfortable that we spent our noon resting there. The location is convenient as it is a walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions, if not, buses are right outside. The house is very beautiful with a neatly-maintained garden. Despite the gloomy weather, the stay was heart-warming and homely. We'll return to One Guesthouse if we visit Tongyeong again. Highly recommend! :)

The owner was friendly and helpful. The communal area was very nice with two big sofas, and a table looking towards a mountain. The kitchen was clean and filled with useful items, and the breakfast was toast, coffee, juice, cereal. My room had a big bed, and the same view as the lounge over village rooftops and the nearby mountain. I was driving, but there are busses that go in and out of the downtown area, however, near the hostel there were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops and places to walk if you explored a bit. It would be best to use a local map app like Naver Maps.
