The host is absolutely amazing! He helped me a lot with planning what to do and how to get to the islands. Hostel has a cozy vibe and is equipped with everything you could need. The location is also convenient.

Such an amazing experience in this lovely guesthouse! The host is incredibly nice and helpful, he helped me to prepare my 2 days, recommended me different options for dining around, and took me and the other guests to an excellent traditional Korean dinner one night! The breakfast is nice and the rooms are comfortable, the guesthouse is located on the other harbour, next to the cable car entrance, 15mn away from the city center by bus. I strongly recommend this guesthouse!

The Host, Jerone was helpful and friendly, His English was very good which made communicating really easy. He even loaned me his bike! Every thing was clean, the bathroom was spotless

The location is excellent for exploring Mireuksan tourism area, and it is within walking distance to the city centre. Jeroen also can provide plenty of information about buses and ferries to access the surrounding islands. And if you like hiking, he's your man 😉

It is a very well located guesthouse hosted by an amazing person. He gave us a recommandation about a hike on Saryang island and it ended being our favorite memory on the islands south of korea!

Everything was perfect !

Staying with Jeroen was an absolute pleasure. My friend and I used the bikes to go everywhere (most things are only about a 10 min cycle away from Jeroen's guesthouse). I would definitely stay here again if I ever get the opportunity to return to Tongyeong!

“A truly warm and pleasant stay”

I had a very pleasant time at this property in Tongyeong and its islands, especially due to the host, Jeroen. When I arrived, Jeroen invited me to join his Korean BBQ with a fellow traveler who was staying at his house. I also received great information about all the islands I could travel to by ferry. After two days, I noticed that my next booking was canceled, so I needed to extend my stay. Jeroen was very accommodating and made it easy for me to stay longer. The next day, we went out for lunch at his neighbor's, which was also really nice. The entire house is very clean and cozy, perfect for relaxing for a moment. The most pleasant thing for me about this property was that Jeroen has a strong Dutch background, which made me feel at home, since I am Dutch. If you are traveling to Korea, you should visit Tongyeong and definitely stay at Jeroen's house. You'll have the best experience :)

The guesthouse owner is was so welcoming and kind. Thanks to this we had a really memorable and speical stay. He reccomended so many resturants and local things to do that we have to come back to do it all! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was simple but filling.

Lovely small guest house in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay here and loved exploring Tongyeong. The guesthouse has everything you need - on-street parking, convenience stores and restaurants nearby, free breakfast every morning. Highly recommend!
