“A great stay with warm hospitality”

The room was clean and the view was good - beside the river. The lady owner was very friendly and warm. I didn't do any research before heading to Wuzhen. She explained to me patiently the attractions in Wuzhen and how to best arrange my itinerary. As I arrived at noon and had only half day left, she was very kind to have guided me to the Dongzha ticket counter to save me some time despite the drizzling rain. The bed was very comfy and I had a good sleep after a long day of visiting Dongzha and Xizha.

We stayed only 1 night to experience Wuzhen. The room has a nice riverside view. The lady owner was super nice, gave us mandarines and helped us to book hanfu at 10pm. She was always smiling. We would stay here again next time we visit Wuzhen

I have no words of the kindness and professionalism of the owner lady. She goes extra miles to accommodate you and guide you around. She introduced me to wechat too.

“A place to remember”

The host lady is super friendly and supportive. She didn't speak much English but fluent in using translation and she provided a wealth of knowledge about Wuzhen. She makes sure you have everything you need to have a successful stay. The location is very convenient. Close to everything, and you can easily go to rhe west side with bus or didi (less than 10rmb). The noise cancellation works very well and Have air conditioners.

“I miss it already”

The lady that manages the inn is super nice and helpful, the inn is nice and the room had everything I needed, the position is handy and wuzhen is really beautiful. The east part is smaller and it's open during the day only, the west part is the best, it's bigger and it feels like a maze (in a good way, it's wonderful to lose yourself in the narrow old streets), it's also open till 22:00 and I really recommend to stay at least 1 night to have all the time to see the west part from sundown till closure.

“Good place to visit Wuzhen”

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff helped me with everything. The hotel is at a walking distance of the two scenic places. They upgraded the room and gave me one with views at the river.

The location is good, not far from the main attractions, but very quiet. The staff was very friendly, gave us a lot of guidance and help.

Very friendly hotel staff, excellent location, and good value for money. Although we didn't speak each other's languages, we communicated fluently through an online translator.

Exceptional views, looks even better than in the picture. Really close to Dongjia area and offers a serene atmosphere compared to the normal hustle and bustle of Xijia. The host are really nice and supportive whenever they can.

Our whole stay was wonderful ! The host took incredible care of us, she talked to us through translation and she brought us to the scenic area by her scooter and after picked us up. The room was very clean, everything like in the description, we really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended, thanks again! ♥️
