“Amazing!”
The staff here was so friendly! They even offered to bring us to the station with our suitcases when we left, which was really nice. They didn't speak English very well, but with a little bit of Japanese, we could easily communicate.

“A very peaceful first night alone during my trip to Japan. Would have liked to stay longer.”
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and my Japanese-style room was quiet and comfortable - I felt at ease. Unfortunately, I arrived late and tired, so I decided not to try the bathhouse, and I didn't wake up in time to buy breakfast. The location was good - a walking distance from the station - and the price was affordable.

The accommodation environment is clean and the price is cheap. There is a public bathhouse, and although it is a non-smoking room, there is no smoke smell in the room.

“If you look for quiet and relaxing hotel, this is the one”
The hotel is a quiet and relaxing one. The elevator is absolutely quiet with no annoying sound. I lived in a Japanese style single room, amenities are all there, very spacious and comfortable. Tatami and Futon are very clean, bed sheets and blanket sheets on Futon are soft. Onsen is nice and hot😁 The location of the hotel is 100/100 for me. About 10 minutes walk from Tomakomai eki. I am visiting Utonai Lake and departing to Shin Chitose Airport during my stay. There is a bus stop (No. 30) going to these two places in just around the corner, 2 minutes walk from hotel ! Absolutely Perfect 😁 Will absolutely stay again if visiting Tomakomai ❤️

“Very homely hotel”
Very friendly staff, even though they dont speak a lot of English, with Google Translate its no problems at all. The breakfast was amazing, very traditional. The location is functional and easy to reach for both train and car. Washing and drying our clothes was also very easy and the bathroom is on the small side but nice and clean :) all in all it felt very homely.
