“One room sold as apartment with two bedrooms. NOt at all what we expected.”
My confirmation letter promised an apartment with two bedrooms, but turned out to be one large room with a small bathroom in addition. The lhost promised to meet us the first day, but did not turn up before late in the evening the second day which was also our last day.
