“Comfortable stay with thoughtful touches”
Good and comfortable rooms with nice though of decorating the terrace. Only thing which hinder the sitting area is parking is just in front of it. So you see your own car and have to stand or go to the garden to see the beautiful landscape. We got recommendation of things to do there.

“Relaxing holiday in the heart of a Soca valley”

“A great spot close to the Soča River”
A beautiful, quiet spot very close to Tolmin and the Soča River. A great, unintrusive host. The apartment is equipped with everything you might wish for. We had a great time and hope to stay there again.

“Well-thought ground floor studio in a great location very close to Soca river”
great location. walking distance to a river camping where there is swimming and eating possibility. parking your car in front of your door and entering immediately helped us a lot to carry easily. The house is fully-equipped with detergents, shampoos etc and kitchen is well-equipped even with food like chocolates, milk etc. Air conditioner works great and the house was very fresh when we arrived.

Easy-to-find, very comfortable accommodation. Parking space right at our door, a small patio to eat by, AC in the living/bedroom, full sized kitchen and a very clean bathroom. The nearby beach by the river was the cherry on top. There was nothing we were lacking.

“Wonderful base to explore Soca valley”
The location is fantastic with beautiful scenery and a swimming spot within walking distance, and is also a great spot to serve as a base to explore the Soca valley and around. The flat is comfortable and well equiped and the hosts are helpful and very accommodating.

“Nice apartement that serves as a great base to go on trips around Soca , whether by car or bike.”
Really nice apartment, the bed is super comfy. Location was great for us, we came with a car and with bikes, so this was a great base to cycle from. The owners are friendly, we talked with them about bikes and received some great advice on bike trips around the area.
