The owners were delightful and could not have been more helpful. The property is just out of Tolmin in the village Gabrje and the view is just as the images depict - breathtaking. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony watching the paragliders come down the mountain. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and very clean. Kitchen is decked out with everything you need.

Great location, close to many scenic spots to explore. 5min from Tolmin, 20min from Kobarid. Beautiful surrounding area and comfortable apartment. Denis the host is also very helpful and approachable. Definitely would recommend!

We stayed in the mobile home 1) view from terrace was fantastic 2) large terrace with big seating and lounging area. Perfect for summer 3) owner was super responsive and helpful 4) good value for money

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great, in a peaceful and quiet environment. The mobile home is excellent—everything was clean and well-maintained, and it has a large terrace with sun loungers, which we loved. It also has two separate entrances and two bathrooms, which is perfect if you’re traveling as a group. Communication with Denis was easy and smooth throughout our stay. We will definitely come back again!

The owner was super friendly and very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It is a small cabin for six people but it can only work because it is very well organised. All amenities were available plus the extra blankets which we eventually needed . Last thing was the view from the apartment.(Very beautiful and so relaxing )

The host is very helpful, it was easy to find and check-in. We only missed a couple of towel hangers in the bathroom, but everything else was super well equipped and clean, we enjoyed the balcony.
