“The staff was good but the hotel is old and musty.”
The staff was friendly and professional. We had to check in early We were charged 35 dollars. The bathroom was updated and there was plenty of hot water

“Good value for cost of the room”
First I will say the hotel is in a great location; accessible seconds from the freeway and also within two miles from the University of Toledo. There are numerous of national chain restaurants and retail stores in the area. The hotel and room were clean however, furniture/carpeting in the room and bathroom fixtures is very outdated. Moreover, for the rooms located on the second floor you will have to take one flight of steps, as there isn't an elevator in the building. Check in was efficient. Breakfast was decent. Overall, good value for the money. Just comes down to your price point and preference of the type of hotel you like to stay when visiting this city.

“$50 room trying to act like it deserves $150 of my money. I truly hope I get a refund.”
It's close to hospital where I had surgery. Easy to checkout at 4:40 am. Really close walking distance to great restaurants.
