“Great location and a nice stay”
Just a nice location and hidden away enough that it was very quiet at night. Having a convenience store so close to the hotel was great for drinks and food.

Great location and we opted for a bigger corner room which was nice and spacious. Lots of free toiletry amenities available at the front. Easy automated check in and checkout.

Everything was perfect. From location to hotel facilities. We could open the window, but also the air conditioning and ventilation was great. The hotel stuff were really nice and helpful, they disposed our old suitcases, we didn't have to worry about that. Also, they have washing machine on several floors, which was really helpful.

“Great location, clean, and good vfm”
The location was perfect, it is at the edge of Shinjuku which means you avoid all the noise and chaos of the city. We had a clean room and all the amenities we needed were available upon check in. The check in process was automated and the staff around were very friendly and helpful. Convenience store located nearby for any other needs and close access to local trains.

“Pretty good in the sea of options”
The property was in a pretty good location. A little walk to Shinjuku station but the subway for the local line was easily accessible. Rooms were small but to be expected in Tokyo. Although the pillows were rather hard, the staff were super accommodating and switched them for softer ones upon request. Recommend for anyone looking for a room to treat more as a comfortable sleeping location rather than a relax at the hotel style stay

The hotel is a short 5 min walk from nearby Shinjuku station and close to Golden Gai, a fun area of town with bars. The room was expectedly on the smaller side for Tokyo, but comfortable enough.
